Sample review, colour approvals, finalize concepts

Project Schedule

Review the Board’s requirements, and develop a detailed schedule from commencement to completion

Mobilization

Project setup, documentation of existing elements, temporary signage

Demolition

Example: the removal of all existing carpets, wallpaper, lighting fixtures temporarily removed and stored, including daily clean

Construction

New material installation as per construction schedule, floor by floor review and sign-offs

Deficiency Review

Walkthrough with Board Members to ensure compliance to contract documents and finish schedule

Completion

Final detailed cleaning of all areas affected by renovation work and project handoff

Planning

Site schedule provided, involvement of any architects, designers and engineers in accordance with building codes

Pre-Construction

Site mobilization and signage, excavation and/or demolition per scope of work

Construction

Anything and everything from the foundation, framing, drywalling, roofing, siding, HVAC, paving, interior or exterior work and landscaping

Post-Construction

Walk-through and deficiencies

Completion

Site is cleaned a final time and the project handover is fulfilled for the client

Consultation

A conversation and initial walkthrough of the site, reviewing design options and build preferences

Scheduling

Permit applications and coordination of all tradespeople required to complete the project

Demolition

Example: the removal of all existing carpets, wallpaper, lighting fixtures and daily site cleans

Construction

Out with the old and in with the new; we begin to build the project according to specifications

Finishings

A step for the more delicate materials added as a final touch for review, including handles and pulls, accent pieces, etc.

Deficiencies

A chance for final review of all renovated areas aligned with scope of work
